North Star Reports provides Underwriting Surveys and Loss Control services for commercial risks throughout these territories:
Primary Coverage: Texas
Extended Coverage: All other 49 states handled with associate vendors dealing with North Star Reports.
Recent price changes favor many report orders being billed at a FLAT RATE, although larger risks are done on an hourly basis. The Limited Commercial and Dwelling line reports are only available in Texas. The "Limited Commercial" product line is restricted to properties under 6,000 sq. feet in size.
Pricing is 2-tier (Large Metro cities and Rural). Normal time service is 28 days, however RUSH cases (14 day service) is available on request.
